Put chicken in slow cooker.

Mix soy sauce, vinegar, honey, sugar, garlic, ginger in bowl.

Pour over chicken.

Cook high 2 hours or low 4 hours till tender.

Take chicken out. Pull apart with forks.

Strain sauce into pan.

Mix cornstarch and water. Add to sauce.

Heat sauce, stirring till thick (1-2 minutes).

Mix chicken back in sauce.

Serve on rice. Top with seeds and onions.
