Thanksgiving Leftover Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups turkey, shredded.
02 - 3/4 cup cranberry sauce.
03 - 2 cups mashed potatoes.
04 - 1 cup corn.
05 - 1 cup turkey gravy.
06 - 2 tbsp milk.
07 - 2 cups stuffing.
08 - Chicken broth or melted butter to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Mix turkey and cranberry sauce, spread in 8x8 glass dish.
03 - Layer mashed potatoes on top smoothly.
04 - Sprinkle corn over potatoes.
05 - Mix milk with gravy, pour over corn and potatoes.
06 - Top with stuffing in an even layer.
07 - Drizzle some broth over stuffing to keep it moist.
08 - Cover with foil, bake 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
09 - Serve while hot and enjoy!.

# Notes:

01 - Mix it up with what you have - try rice instead of potatoes, or add other leftover veggies like peas and carrots.
02 - No stuffing? Use croutons or breadcrumbs for a crunchy top.
