# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup salted butter, softened.
02 - 1/2 cup icing/powdered sugar or caster sugar.
03 - 2 cups all-purpose flour (min 11% protein).

# Instructions:

01 - Cream butter and sugar for 1-2 minutes until light and fluffy. Add flour and mix on low just until dough comes together.
02 - Form dough into ball, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate at least 60 minutes.
03 - Roll dough 1/4-1/2 inch thick and cut with cookie cutters. Chill shapes while preheating oven.
04 - Bake at 325°F for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Cool completely before eating.

01 - Use high quality butter for best results.
02 - Can be stored room temp 1 week or refrigerated 10 days.
03 - Freezes well up to 1 month.
04 - Add more butter if dough is too dry.
