Heat oven to 350°F.

Grate all cheeses in a bowl. Split into two piles.

Cook pasta in salty water till firm. Drain.

Mix spices in a small bowl: garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper.

Melt butter in a pan. Add half the spices.

Put in flour. Stir 2 minutes till it bubbles.

Pour in thick milk slowly. Keep stirring. When it bubbles, add cream, rest of spices, and mustard. Stir till thick.

Add half the cheese bit by bit. Stir till melty.

Mix in cooked pasta till covered in cheese sauce.

Put half the pasta in a big pan (9x13). Add some cheese. Put in rest of pasta. Top with leftover cheese.

Bake 25-30 minutes. Brown the top for 2 minutes.

Sprinkle with parsley.
