Tini's Mac And Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound mozzarella cheese.
02 - 1 pound Colby Jack cheese.
03 - 8 oz sharp cheddar.
04 - 1 pound curly pasta.
05 - 1 spoon garlic powder.
06 - 1 spoon smoky paprika.
07 - 1 spoon salt.
08 - 1/2 spoon black pepper.
09 - 3 spoons butter.
10 - 3 spoons flour.
11 - 1 can (12 oz) thick milk.
12 - 2 cups heavy cream.
13 - 1 spoon Dijon mustard.
14 - Fresh cut parsley to put on top.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F.
02 - Grate all cheeses in a bowl. Split into two piles.
03 - Cook pasta in salty water till firm. Drain.
04 - Mix spices in a small bowl: garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper.
05 - Melt butter in a pan. Add half the spices.
06 - Put in flour. Stir 2 minutes till it bubbles.
07 - Pour in thick milk slowly. Keep stirring. When it bubbles, add cream, rest of spices, and mustard. Stir till thick.
08 - Add half the cheese bit by bit. Stir till melty.
09 - Mix in cooked pasta till covered in cheese sauce.
10 - Put half the pasta in a big pan (9x13). Add some cheese. Put in rest of pasta. Top with leftover cheese.
11 - Bake 25-30 minutes. Brown the top for 2 minutes.
12 - Sprinkle with parsley.

# Notes:

01 - Grate your own cheese - melts better.
02 - Brown the top for a crispy crust.
03 - Add hot pepper if you like spice.
