Crockpot Mac and Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces elbow macaroni, uncooked.
02 - 12 ounces evaporated milk.
03 - 2 1/2 cups whole milk.
04 - 1/4 cup butter, melted.
05 - 20 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated (5 cups).
06 - 1 teaspoon salt.
07 - Dash pepper.
08 - Dash paprika.
09 - 3 egg yolks (optional).
10 - Cooking spray.

# Instructions:

01 - Spray with cooking spray.
02 - Add macaroni, milks, butter. Add salt and pepper. Mix in most of cheese. Add egg yolks if using. Stir well.
03 - Spread reserved cheese on top. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and cook on low 2 hours.
04 - Check pasta and stir. Cook 30-60 minutes more if needed. Serve hot.
