Turkey Melt with Cheddar, Spinach, and Bacon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 slices sourdough or crusty bread.
02 - 2 tablespoons honey mustard.
03 - 2 slices white cheddar cheese.
04 - 4 slices deli turkey.
05 - 1 medium red tomato, sliced thin.
06 - ½ cup fresh baby spinach.
07 - 4 strips cooked bacon.
08 - 2 tablespoons butter, softened.

# Instructions:

01 - Divide honey mustard, cheese, turkey, spinach and bacon into portions for two sandwiches.
02 - Layer bread with honey mustard, cheese, turkey, tomato, spinach, and bacon. Close sandwiches with remaining cheese and mustard-spread bread.
03 - Spread butter on outside of each bread slice.
04 - Toast in skillet over medium heat, 3-4 minutes per side until cheese melts and bread is golden.

01 - Use freshly sliced cheese for best results.
02 - Can be made dairy-free.
03 - Perfect with soup.
