Turkey Stuffing Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups cut-up turkey.
02 - 2 1/2 cups stuffing.
03 - 2 1/2 cups mashed potatoes.
04 - Salt and pepper.
05 - Bread crumbs as needed.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°. Put wax paper on baking pan.
02 - Warm stuffing and potatoes in microwave for 1 minute.
03 - Mix turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
04 - Roll mixture into 1-inch balls. Add bread crumbs if the mixture is too soft.
05 - Place the balls on the prepared pan and bake for 15-20 minutes, turning once.
06 - Serve hot with gravy or cranberry sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Add bread crumbs if potatoes are too wet.
02 - Great for using up leftovers.
03 - Can be made ahead and warmed up before serving.
