01 -
Fire up your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium heat. We want it nice and hot for those perfect grill marks!
02 -
Mix your ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Shape into four equal-sized patties, creating a small dimple in the middle of each to prevent them from puffing up during cooking.
03 -
Place those beautiful patties on the hot grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until they reach your preferred doneness (160°F for medium). About a minute before they're done, top each with a slice of mozzarella and close the lid to get that perfect melty cheese.
04 -
Once the cheese is melted, remove the patties and top each with pepperoni slices and a generous spoonful of pizza sauce. While you're doing this, toast those buns on the grill until they're golden brown.
05 -
Build your pizza burgers by placing each cheesy, saucy patty on a toasted bottom bun, adding fresh basil leaves and any additional toppings you love. Crown with the top bun and serve while hot!
