Vanilla Pudding Cookies With Rainbow Sprinkles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup soft butter (2 sticks).
02 - 1 cup sugar.
03 - 1 egg plus 1 yolk.
04 - 1 1/2 spoons vanilla.
05 - 1/4 spoon almond flavor.
06 - 2 cups flour.
07 - 1 box vanilla pudding mix.
08 - 1 spoon baking soda.
09 - 1/2 cup sprinkles (plus 1/4 cup for top if you want).

# Instructions:

01 - Put paper on cookie pans.
02 - Measure flour careful.
03 - Mix flour, pudding mix, baking soda.
04 - Beat butter and sugar 2 minutes till creamy.
05 - Mix in egg and vanilla.
06 - Add dry mix 1 cup at time. Dough gets thick.
07 - Stir in sprinkles gentle.
08 - Scoop big spoons of dough.
09 - Roll in balls. Press in extra sprinkles if using.
10 - Freeze 20 minutes.
11 - Heat oven to 350°.
12 - Put balls on pan 3 inches apart. Bake 12-13 minutes till edges gold.
13 - Let sit 3 minutes. Move to rack.
14 - Store in tight box once cool.
