Veggie Pinwheels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup carrots, finely chopped.
02 - 1/2 cup broccoli, finely chopped.
03 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened.
04 - 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon dried dill.
06 - 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder.
07 - 1/8 teaspoon onion powder.
08 - 1/8 teaspoon each salt and pepper.
09 - 2 large burrito-sized flour tortillas.
10 - 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated.
11 - 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped.

# Instructions:

01 - Finely chop vegetables. Let cream cheese soften. Warm tortillas briefly.
02 - Mix cream cheese, yogurt, and seasonings. Fold in vegetables and cheeses. Stir until well combined.
03 - Spread filling on tortillas. Roll tightly from edge. Secure with toothpicks. Freeze for 20 minutes.
04 - Remove toothpicks. Slice into pinwheels for serving.
