Mix beef, crumbs, egg, garlic, spices in bowl. Roll 24 balls.

Heat oil in big pan. Brown meatballs all sides.

Turn heat low. Add sauce. Cover, cook 15 minutes till meat hits 160°.

If using frozen balls, heat sauce first. Add balls, cook covered 25 minutes.

Heat broiler. Put buns on pan near top.

Put 3 meatballs in each bun. Add sauce, cheese.

Broil 2-3 minutes till bubbly. Watch close!.
