Candy Cane Fudge Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups (2 bags) white chocolate chips.
02 - 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk.
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
04 - ½ cup crushed candy canes.

# Instructions:

01 - Line 9x9 baking dish with parchment or foil and grease with butter.
02 - Combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in large saucepan. Stir until completely melted.
03 - Add vanilla extract and stir in crushed candy canes.
04 - Pour into pan, cool to room temperature for 1 hour. Sprinkle more crushed candy cane on top. Refrigerate 3-4 hours to set.

# Notes:

01 - Can be made any time in winter.
02 - Cool in two stages for best texture.
03 - Add extra candy cane topping before refrigerating.
