# Ingredients:

01 - Pineapple, cubed (3 cups)
02 - Kiwis, peeled and sliced (1 cup)
03 - Mandarin oranges or clementines (2 cups)
04 - Pomegranate arils (1/2 cup)
05 - Lemon or lime juice (3 tablespoons)
06 - Honey (3 tablespoons)
07 - Poppy seeds (1 tablespoon)
08 - Fresh mint leaves for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Mix pineapple, kiwi, citrus, and pomegranate in a large bowl
02 - Whisk together lemon juice, honey, and poppy seeds
03 - Pour dressing over fruit, toss gently, and garnish with mint if desired
