Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef.
02 - 1 onion, finely chopped.
03 - 1 green pepper, finely chopped.
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
05 - 1/4 cup ketchup.
06 - 1/4 cup steak sauce.
07 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
08 - Salt and pepper to taste.
09 - 4 hamburger buns.
10 - 8 slices provolone cheese.

Instructions:

01 - In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain the excess fat.
02 - Add the onion, green pepper, and garlic to the skillet, and cook until the vegetables are soft and the onion is translucent.
03 - Stir in the ketchup, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until the sauce is thickened and the meat mixture is fully coated.
04 - Place a slice of provolone cheese on the bottom half of each hamburger bun.
05 - Spoon the meat mixture onto the cheese, and top it with another slice of provolone cheese. Add the top half of the bun to complete the sandwich.
