Old Fashioned Jelly Nougat Candy (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 4 tbsp butter.
02 - 20 oz mini marshmallows.
03 - 4 cups white chocolate chips.
04 - 2 cups gumdrops.

Instructions:

01 - In a large microwaveable bowl, add the butter and mini marshmallows. Heat for 1 minute, stir, then heat for another minute. Stir until well combined.
02 - Add the white chocolate chips and stir. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir occasionally until the mixture is smooth and sticky.
03 - Stir in the gumdrops until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
04 - Line a 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper and grease it with cooking spray. Make sure the parchment paper hangs over the sides for easy removal.
05 - Pour the nougat mixture into the prepared pan. Place another piece of parchment paper on top and use your hands to spread the mixture evenly.
06 - Refrigerate overnight or until set. Once set, remove the nougat from the pan and peel off the parchment paper.
07 - Cut the nougat into small pieces and serve.

Notes:

01 - Let the nougat set in the refrigerator overnight for the best texture.
