Halloween Oreo Layered Brownies (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 Brownie Mix.
02 - 2 eggs.
03 - 1/3 cup oil.
04 - 1/3 cup milk.
05 - 1 Package of Oreos (with orange filling).
06 - 1 can of Milk chocolate frosting.
07 - 1 can of White or Vanilla frosting.
08 - Orange food coloring gel.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9x9 inch pan with parchment paper.
02 - In a stand mixer, combine the Brownie mix, eggs, oil, and milk. Mix on medium speed with the whisk attachment until smooth.
03 - Pour the Brownie batter into the prepared pan.
04 - Place Oreo cookies on top of the Brownie batter, covering the surface.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
06 - Allow the brownies to cool completely.
07 - While cooling, prepare the frosting by mixing the orange filling of about 10 Oreos into the White or Vanilla frosting, along with 1 teaspoon of Orange food coloring gel. Mix until fully combined and adjust color as needed.
08 - Once the brownies are cooled, spread the Orange frosting over the brownies and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
09 - Remove from the refrigerator and frost the top with the Milk chocolate frosting. Crumble the remaining Oreos on top.
10 - Cut into 3x2-inch squares and serve immediately.

Notes:

01 - These brownies can be made a day in advance and stored in an airtight container.
02 - Feel free to get creative with Halloween-themed sprinkles or other decorative toppings.
