Whisk together mayonnaise, honey, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, salt and sesame seeds in medium bowl. Set aside.

Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes. Whisk milk and egg in medium bowl. In separate bowl, combine cornstarch, flour, salt, and pepper.

Soak chicken in milk mixture. Then transfer to plastic bag with flour mixture and shake to coat completely.

Heat oil over medium-high. Fry chicken in batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, rotating for even cooking.

Drain chicken on paper towels. Transfer to bowl with sauce and stir to coat evenly. Serve immediately.
