Bang Bang Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast.
02 - ⅓ cup whole milk.
03 - 1 large egg.
04 - ¼ cup cornstarch.
05 - ¼ cup all purpose flour.
06 - 1 teaspoon salt.
07 - ½ teaspoon black pepper.
08 - 2 cups vegetable oil for frying.
09 - ⅓ cup mayonnaise.
10 - 2 tablespoons honey.
11 - 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce.
12 - 1 tablespoon sriracha.
13 - ½ teaspoon salt.
14 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds.

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk together mayonnaise, honey, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, salt and sesame seeds in medium bowl. Set aside.
02 - Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes. Whisk milk and egg in medium bowl. In separate bowl, combine cornstarch, flour, salt, and pepper.
03 - Soak chicken in milk mixture. Then transfer to plastic bag with flour mixture and shake to coat completely.
04 - Heat oil over medium-high. Fry chicken in batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, rotating for even cooking.
05 - Drain chicken on paper towels. Transfer to bowl with sauce and stir to coat evenly. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Best served fresh and hot.
02 - May need to fry in batches.
03 - Can adjust sauce spiciness to taste.
