Creamy Beef Garlic Butter Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 2 tablespoons butter
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
05 - ½ cup beef broth
06 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 8 ounces pasta (penne or spaghetti)
08 - 2 cups water
09 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ Optional Additions

10 - ¼ cup heavy cream
11 - Crushed red pepper flakes
12 - Chopped fresh parsley or basil
13 - Sautéed mushrooms or spinach

# Instructions:

01 - In a large skillet or deep sauté pan, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper, then drain excess grease if needed and set aside.
02 - In the same pan, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant—be careful not to burn the garlic.
03 - Add the dry pasta to the pan, followed by beef broth and water. Stir well, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 10-12 minutes, or until the pasta is al dente and most of the liquid has absorbed.
04 - Return the cooked ground beef to the pan. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Optional: Add a splash of cream for a silkier texture.
05 - Taste and adjust salt and pepper if needed. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs or extra Parmesan.

# Notes:

01 - This pasta dish comes together in one pot, making cleanup easy while maintaining rich flavors.
02 - For a thicker sauce, allow the pasta to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
