Grilled Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 slices sourdough bread.
02 - Mayonnaise.
03 - Dijon mustard.
04 - 1-2 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated.
05 - 1-2 ounces Gruyère or raclette cheese, grated.
06 - Butter for pan.

# Instructions:

01 - Spread mayo on outside of both bread slices, mustard on inside of one slice. Layer cheeses on mustard side.
02 - Heat skillet over medium-low heat, melt butter to coat.
03 - Cook covered 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
04 - Flip, cook covered 1-3 minutes until golden and cheese melts. Reduce heat if browning too fast.

01 - Mayo helps achieve crispy exterior.
02 - Two cheeses for better flavor and melt.
03 - Cover while cooking to help cheese melt.
