Big Mac Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sauce

01 - 125ml mayonnaise
02 - 60ml finely diced dill pickles
03 - 15ml mustard
04 - 45ml ketchup
05 - 2g paprika

→ Filling

06 - 1 yellow onion, diced (divided use)
07 - 450g ground beef
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste
10 - Garlic powder, to taste
11 - 4 soft taco size tortillas
12 - 50g lettuce, shredded
13 - 50g dill pickles, sliced
14 - 50g cheddar cheese, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, finely diced pickles, mustard, ketchup, and paprika. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate until assembly.
02 - Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and half the diced onion, cooking until beef is browned and onions are softened, about 7-8 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain excess fat if necessary.
03 - Lay out the tortillas on a clean work surface. Distribute the shredded lettuce, sliced pickles, beef mixture, remaining raw diced onions, and shredded cheese evenly among the tortillas.
04 - Drizzle the prepared Big Mac sauce over each wrap, then fold tightly, tucking in the sides to create a secure wrap. Serve immediately.

01 - For a vegetarian option, substitute the ground beef with plant-based crumbles or tofu.
