Blue Truffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups white chocolate chips.
02 - 2 tablespoons heavy cream.
03 - 2 tablespoons blue curacao.
04 - 1/2 cup sanding sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine chocolate and cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals using half power, stirring between heating. Mix until smooth.
02 - Stir in blue curacao. Cover mixture and chill for 2 hours.
03 - Scoop heaping teaspoons, roll into balls, and coat in sanding sugar. Place them on a lined baking sheet.
04 - Chill for 1 hour. Keep refrigerated.
