Broccoli Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce.
02 - 1/8 cup shredded Parmesan cheese.
03 - 1 clove garlic, minced.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon dried basil.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
07 - Kosher salt to taste.
08 - 4 cups broccoli florets.
09 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese.
10 - 1/2 cup shredded asiago cheese.
11 - 1 ball pizza dough.
12 - 4 ounces feta, crumbled.
13 - 1/4 cup kalamata olives, halved.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 425°F.
02 - Mix tomato sauce, Parmesan, garlic. Add herbs and seasonings. Set aside.
03 - Microwave with water 3-4 minutes. Drain and pat dry. Season with salt.
04 - Mix mozzarella and asiago. Spread dough on oiled pan. Add sauce layer. Top with 2/3 cheese mix. Add broccoli, feta, olives. Finish with remaining cheese.
05 - Bake 15-20 minutes until golden.

01 - Let dough rest if it shrinks.
02 - Use 14-inch pizza pan.
03 - Pat broccoli dry to prevent sogginess.
04 - Can use store-bought sauce.
05 - Three cheeses for best flavor.
