Buffalo Chicken Lasagna Roll Ups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 18 lasagna noodles.
02 - 2 1/2 cups Alfredo sauce.
03 - 1 cup buffalo wing sauce.
04 - 15 ounces ricotta cheese.
05 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened.
06 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, divided.
07 - 2 teaspoons kosher salt.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon celery salt.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
11 - 3 cups shredded chicken.
12 - 15 ounces diced tomatoes, drained.
13 - 1/4 cup parsley.
14 - 8 ounces mozzarella cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil noodles according to package. Arrange on greased baking sheets.
02 - Mix Alfredo and buffalo sauces. Pour half in greased 12-inch skillet or 9x13 pan.
03 - Mix cheeses, seasonings, chicken, tomatoes and parsley.
04 - Spread filling on noodles, add cheese, roll up. Place vertically in pan. Pour remaining sauce over.
05 - Cover, bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Uncover, add cheese, broil 2-3 minutes. Rest 10 minutes.

01 - Can add vegetables.
02 - Use whole milk ricotta.
03 - Can be assembled ahead.
