Bunny Crescent Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pack of chilled crescent roll dough

# Instructions:

01 - Put your oven on 375°F to warm up and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. This keeps things from sticking and makes cleanup so much easier. Clear a flat surface to roll and shape your bunny rolls.
02 - Take the crescent dough out of the fridge and gently lay it flat on your workspace. Pull the pre-cut triangles apart one by one. Most packs should have 8 pieces, which means you’ll make 8 cute bunnies!
03 - Grab a single triangle and place it so the tip points down towards you. Roll just the very tip into a tiny ball—that’s going to be the bunny’s body or little tail. Don’t roll up the whole thing, just the end!
04 - Use a knife to slice a line right down the middle of the triangle's wide top edge. Stop before you hit the small rolled tail at the bottom. You’ll now see two leg-like strips. Pinch and stretch the dough bits on each side a little, then twist those two sides around each other, leaving the top part free for the bunny ears.
05 - Gently curl or adjust the untwisted dough at the top to create ear shapes. You can pinch or reshape them till you’re happy—it’s okay if each bunny looks a little different! Repeat for all the remaining dough triangles.
06 - Put your bunny rolls onto the parchment-covered baking tray, leaving a little space between them since they’ll grow in the oven. Bake them in the warmed-up oven for 10-12 minutes until they’re golden and your kitchen smells amazing.

# Notes:

01 - These playful bunny rolls make a great addition to Easter brunch, springtime parties, or anytime you want something fun on your table.
02 - Mix things up by adding a filling to the dough before shaping. Go sweet with cinnamon-sugar butter or Nutella, savory with garlic herb butter, or fruity by spreading on your favorite jam.
03 - They taste best right out of the oven! If needed, store in an airtight container for 1-2 days and warm them up a bit before eating.
