Caramel Apple Fudge (Print Version)

# Instructions:

01 - Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Set aside.
02 - In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, brown sugar, butter, evaporated milk, and apple cider. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture reaches soft ball stage (approximately 234°F or 112°C on a candy thermometer).
03 - Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, white chocolate chips, and marshmallow cream until completely smooth.
04 - Stir in vanilla extract and chopped dried apple slices until evenly distributed.
05 - Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
06 - Let the fudge cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Once set, cut into small squares for serving.
