Cheeseburger Egg Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

→ Seasonings and Sauce

04 - 1/2 cup ketchup
05 - 1 tablespoon mustard
06 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
10 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Assembly

11 - 10-12 egg roll wrappers
12 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for brushing
13 - Cooking oil for frying

# Instructions:

01 - Brown beef, drain fat. Add onion and seasonings. Cook 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
02 - Let mixture cool slightly, stir in cheese.
03 - Place 2-3 tablespoons filling in each wrapper. Fold sides in, roll tightly, seal with water.
04 - Deep fry 3-4 minutes or air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes until golden.

01 - Can be frozen before frying
02 - Can add pickles or hot sauce for variation
