# Ingredients:

01 - Cauliflower (1 head)
02 - Plain cottage cheese (1 cup)
03 - Bread crumbs (½ cup)

04 - Grated parmesan cheese (½ cup)
05 - Scallions (¼ cup, chopped)

→ Seasonings

06 - Garlic powder (½ teaspoon)
07 - Onion powder (½ teaspoon)
08 - Salt (½ teaspoon)
09 - Black pepper (¼ teaspoon)

→ Binding

10 - Egg (1)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
02 - Steam or boil cauliflower florets for 5-7 minutes until tender, drain and cool slightly
03 - Mash cooled cauliflower, then mix with cottage cheese, egg, and seasonings until well combined
04 - Add breadcrumbs gradually until mixture holds shape, then form into uniform-sized tots
05 - Place tots on parchment-lined baking sheet, bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy
06 - Let cool slightly before serving
