Cheesy Beef Pocket Tacos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 packet taco seasoning
03 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
04 - ½ cup salsa
05 - 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

→ Assembly

06 - 12 6-inch tortillas
07 - 2 tablespoons melted butter

# Instructions:

01 - Brown beef, drain fat. Add taco seasoning.
02 - Beat cream cheese until smooth, blend in salsa.
03 - Fill tortillas with cream cheese mixture, beef, and cheese. Fold into pockets.
04 - Brush with butter, cook at 350°F for 15 minutes until golden.
