Christmas Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups white chocolate chips.
02 - 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (1 can).
03 - 2 tablespoons butter.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon green food coloring.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon red food coloring.
07 - 2 tablespoons holiday sprinkles (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Line 8x8 pan with parchment. Cover bottom and sides.
02 - Mix chocolate, milk, butter, and peppermint extract. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until melted.
03 - Put 1/2 cup of the mixture into a bowl and add red coloring. Put another 1/2 cup into a bowl and add green coloring. Stir each quickly.
04 - Dollop each color into the pan. Swirl with a knife. Add sprinkles if desired.
05 - Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

01 - Stores 5 days in fridge.
02 - Can use different extracts.
