Christmas Tree Pizzas (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 10 ounces puff pastry sheet, thawed.
02 - 4 tablespoons pizza sauce.
03 - 4.5 ounces grated cheese.
04 - 3 pepperoni snack sticks.
05 - 1 green pepper.
06 - Flour for dusting.

# Instructions:

01 - Dust surface with flour, roll puff pastry into rectangle. Cut into tree shapes using cookie cutter.
02 - Place trees on lined baking tray. Top with pizza sauce, cheese, pepperoni slices and pepper.
03 - Cook in preheated 400°F oven for 10 minutes until puffed and golden.
04 - Best enjoyed immediately while warm.

# Notes:

01 - Can customize with different pizza toppings.
02 - Tree cutter size is 3 inches long by 2.4 inches wide.
03 - Pastry will puff up then slightly deflate after baking.
