Creamy Parmesan Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 skinless salmon fillets.
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning.
04 - 1 teaspoon salt.
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon oregano.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
09 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter.
10 - 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic.
11 - 1 cup heavy cream.
12 - 1/2 cup chicken broth.
13 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
14 - 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened.
15 - 1/2 to 3/4 cup grated parmesan.
16 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley.
17 - 2 tablespoons fresh basil.

# Instructions:

01 - Drizzle fillets with oil and season with Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder, oregano, and peppers.
02 - Sear in oiled pan over medium-high heat, 3 minutes per side until golden. Reduce heat to finish cooking.
03 - In same pan, melt butter and cook garlic. Add cream, broth, and lemon juice. Simmer 2-3 minutes.
04 - Add cream cheese and parmesan, whisk until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
05 - Stir in herbs, return salmon to pan to warm through in sauce before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Can add onions to sauce if desired.
02 - Adjust parmesan amount to taste.
