01 - 1 pound ground meat
02 - 12 small potatoes, diced
03 - 1 can cream soup
04 - 3/4 cup milk or substitute (e.g., water and sour cream mixture)
05 - Shredded cheese, for topping

# Instructions:

01 - In a large pan over medium heat, cook the ground meat until fully browned.
02 - Add diced potatoes to the pan with the browned meat and stir occasionally. Cook until the potatoes are tender.
03 - Add the cream soup and milk (or substitute) to the pan and stir well to combine.
04 - Add your preferred seasonings to the mixture and stir thoroughly to evenly distribute the flavors.
