In a large pan over medium heat, cook the ground meat until fully browned.

Add diced potatoes to the pan with the browned meat and stir occasionally. Cook until the potatoes are tender.

Add the cream soup and milk (or substitute) to the pan and stir well to combine.

Add your preferred seasonings to the mixture and stir thoroughly to evenly distribute the flavors.

Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of the mixture. Allow it to melt before serving.
