Breakfast Muffin Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 5 English muffins.
02 - 1/2 pound ground pork sausage.
03 - 2 tablespoons minced yellow onion.
04 - 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour.
05 - 2 cups whole milk.
06 - 1 teaspoon black pepper.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder.
10 - 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
11 - 1 tablespoon salted butter.
12 - 6 large eggs.
13 - 4 slices bacon, crumbled.
14 - 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded.
15 - 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 425°F. Mix cheeses together.
02 - Split and toast English muffins.
03 - Cook sausage and onions until browned.
04 - Add flour to sausage mixture, stir in milk and seasonings, cook until thickened.
05 - Melt butter in pan, whisk eggs until frothy, cook until almost done, stir in bacon.
06 - Spread gravy on muffins, top with egg mixture, add cheese blend.
07 - Bake 6-7 minutes, then broil 3-4 minutes until brown.
