Garlic Butter Chicken Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/4 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/4-inch pieces.
02 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour.
03 - 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning.
04 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
06 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided.
07 - 1 1/2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic (4 cloves).
08 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat 12-inch non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
02 - Dry chicken with paper towels. Coat with flour, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
03 - Heat oil and 1 tablespoon butter in skillet. Add chicken in single layer with space between pieces.
04 - Cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes, flip and cook 2 minutes more.
05 - Add remaining butter, garlic and parsley. Cook 1 minute until chicken reaches 165°F.

# Notes:

01 - Can double parsley for extra herb flavor.
02 - Optional lemon juice finish.
03 - Pairs well with couscous or vegetables.
