Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
02 - 1 pound chicken tenderloins or breasts, cut into bite size pieces.
03 - 1 pound baby potatoes, halved.
04 - 1½ teaspoons paprika.
05 - 1½ teaspoons poultry seasoning.
06 - 1 teaspoon black pepper.
07 - 2 tablespoons butter.
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
09 - ½ cup garlic parmesan wing sauce.
10 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet.
02 - Toss chicken pieces with 1 tablespoon oil in bowl. In separate bowl, toss potatoes with 1 tablespoon oil. Mix seasonings and divide between chicken and potatoes.
03 - Roast seasoned potatoes on baking sheet for 20 minutes.
04 - Cook seasoned chicken in skillet over medium-high heat for 7-10 minutes until browned. Add butter and garlic.
05 - Add roasted potatoes to chicken. Turn off heat, add garlic parmesan sauce and toss. Top with cheese and cover until melted, about 5 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Can use air fryer for potatoes at 400°F for 20 minutes.
02 - Any 1-inch cubed potatoes work well.
03 - Keeps in fridge up to 3 days.
