Creamy Garlic Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - A couple of tablespoons of olive oil
02 - 4 garlic cloves, chopped up small
03 - 2-3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
04 - About 1 and a half cups of half-and-half or regular milk

→ Seasonings

05 - A quarter teaspoon of oregano, dried
06 - A small pinch, about 1/4 teaspoon, of black pepper
07 - 1/4 teaspoon of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Pour the olive oil into a pan and heat it up over medium-high flame.
02 - Stir in the chopped garlic, and let it cook for roughly 3 minutes until you can smell it.
03 - Whisk in the flour (start with 2 tablespoons) along with the oregano, pepper, and salt.
04 - Pour the half-and-half into the pan all at once while whisking non-stop. Keep stirring and cooking until it thickens and bubbles up, which should take about 3 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Want a thicker sauce? Mix a little extra flour with milk until it makes a smooth paste, then whisk that into the sauce as it’s bubbling.
02 - This sauce is awesome for pasta, pizza, or other meals.
