Greek Turkey Meatballs with Tzatziki (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground turkey (93/7 lean).
02 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
03 - 1/4 large red onion.
04 - 1 egg.
05 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or almond flour.
06 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill.
07 - 1/2 tablespoon dried oregano.
08 - 1 teaspoon salt.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
10 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine ground turkey, minced garlic, and grated red onion in large bowl. Add egg, breadcrumbs, dill, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix gently with hands until just combined.
02 - Shape mixture into 14 even-sized meatballs.
03 - Heat olive oil in saucepan over medium heat. Cook meatballs 7-8 minutes, turning constantly until reaching 165F internal temperature.
