Ground Beef and Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons canola oil.
02 - 1 pound potatoes, diced small.
03 - 1 pound lean ground beef.
04 - 1 yellow onion, diced.
05 - 1 red bell pepper, diced.
06 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
07 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
08 - 2 teaspoons smoked paprika.
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
10 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
11 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
12 - ΒΌ teaspoon black pepper.
13 - 1-2 teaspoons hot sauce.
14 - 2 green onions, sliced.
15 - Greek yogurt or sour cream - for serving.
16 - Shredded cheddar - for serving.
17 - Rice or cauliflower rice - for serving.
18 - Extra hot sauce - for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oil in large skillet. Add diced potatoes. Cook for 6 minutes until starting to brown.
02 - Put in beef, onion, and pepper. Break up meat while cooking. Add all seasonings and sauces. Cook for 6-8 minutes until done.
03 - Add green onions. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve hot with toppings.
