Hamburger Casserole Pasta Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb medium pasta shells
02 - 1 lb ground beef
03 - 20 oz tomato soup
04 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 1/2 cup water
07 - Garlic powder to taste
08 - Salt to taste
09 - Pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the pasta according to the package directions and drain.
02 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
03 - In a large skillet, brown and chop the ground beef while seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
04 - Add the cooked pasta, tomato soup, water, and half of the cheese to the skillet with the browned beef. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
05 - Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
06 - Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Optionally, broil for the last 2-3 minutes to brown the cheese.
07 - Serve immediately and store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
