Easy Italian Focaccia Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 4 cups (500g) bread flour or all-purpose flour
02 - 2¼ teaspoons (7g) active dry yeast or instant yeast
03 - 2 teaspoons (10g) salt
04 - 1¾ cups (415ml) warm water
05 - ¼ cup (60ml) extra virgin olive oil

→ Toppings

06 - Extra virgin olive oil for drizzling
07 - 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves
08 - Coarse sea salt

# Instructions:

01 - Mix flour, salt, and yeast in a large bowl. Add warm water and olive oil, combining until shaggy. Knead about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic
02 - Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap. Let rise in a warm place 1-2 hours until doubled
03 - Oil a baking sheet, stretch dough to fit. Create signature dimples across entire surface with your fingertips
04 - Cover shaped dough and let rise another 30 minutes
05 - Heat oven to 425°F (220°C). Drizzle dough with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt and rosemary. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden
