Easy Baked Honey Mustard Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 chicken breasts, boneless skinless.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
03 - Salt and pepper to taste.
04 - 1/4 cup honey.
05 - 1/4 cup Dijon mustard.
06 - 1/2 cup chicken broth.
07 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
08 - Chopped parsley (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and move rack to top third of oven.
02 - Place chicken in 9x13 baking dish and season with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
03 - Bake chicken uncovered for 10 minutes.
04 - Whisk together honey, Dijon, chicken broth, and cornstarch.
05 - Pour sauce over chicken and return to oven for 15-20 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F.
06 - Spoon sauce over chicken and let rest 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
