Place chicken in 9x13 baking dish and season with garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Bake chicken uncovered for 10 minutes.

Whisk together honey, Dijon, chicken broth, and cornstarch.

Pour sauce over chicken and return to oven for 15-20 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F.

Spoon sauce over chicken and let rest 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
