Immune Boosting Citrus Juice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fresh Fruits

01 - Fresh oranges (2 whole)
02 - Fresh lemon (1 whole)

→ Vegetables & Roots

03 - Carrots (2, or ¼ cup carrot juice)
04 - Fresh ginger (3-inch piece, peeled and chopped)
05 - Fresh turmeric (2-inch piece, peeled and chopped)

→ Sweetener

06 - Manuka or local honey (1 tablespoon, or agave for vegan option)
07 - Warm water (1 tablespoon)

# Instructions:

01 - Peel citrus fruits, chop carrots into chunks, and finely chop ginger and turmeric
02 - Using preferred method (juicer, blender, or hand juicing), extract juice from all ingredients
03 - Mix honey with warm water and stir into juice until well combined
04 - Strain if needed, then chill in refrigerator. Serve in ½ cup portions

# Notes:

01 - Can be made using juicer, blender, or hand juicing method
02 - Keeps fresh in fridge for up to 3 days
03 - Can substitute fresh spices with ground (⅛ tsp each)
04 - Shake well before serving
