Mac Cheese Meatloaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 lbs lean ground beef.
02 - 30 Ritz Crackers, crushed.
03 - 2 oz Lipton onion soup mix.
04 - 2 eggs.
05 - 1 cup ketchup.
06 - 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory & Brown Sugar barbecue sauce.
07 - 3 cups macaroni noodles.
08 - 2 cups milk.
09 - 10.5 oz condensed cheddar cheese soup.
10 - 1 tsp salt.
11 - 1 tsp pepper.
12 - 1 tbsp garlic powder.
13 - 1 tbsp onion powder.
14 - 4 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Mix ketchup and barbecue sauce in a bowl.
02 - In large bowl, combine beef, crushed Ritz crackers, onion soup mix, eggs, and 1/2 cup of sauce mixture.
03 - Press meatloaf mixture into greased 9x13 pan. Spread remaining sauce on top.
04 - Bake meatloaf for 30 minutes.
05 - Meanwhile, cook macaroni according to package directions.
06 - Mix milk and cheese soup until smooth. Add seasonings.
07 - Stir cooked macaroni and 2 cups cheese into milk mixture.
08 - Pour mac and cheese over partially cooked meatloaf.
09 - Top with remaining 2 cups cheese.
10 - Bake 17-20 minutes until cheese melts and starts browning.
11 - Let rest few minutes before serving.
