In a large microwaveable bowl, add the butter and mini marshmallows. Heat for 1 minute, stir, then heat for another minute. Stir until well combined.

Add the white chocolate chips and stir. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir occasionally until the mixture is smooth and sticky.

Stir in the gumdrops until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Line a 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper and grease it with cooking spray. Make sure the parchment paper hangs over the sides for easy removal.

Pour the nougat mixture into the prepared pan. Place another piece of parchment paper on top and use your hands to spread the mixture evenly.

Refrigerate overnight or until set. Once set, remove the nougat from the pan and peel off the parchment paper.

Cut the nougat into small pieces and serve.
