Peppermint Shot (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Half and half (½ ounce).
02 - White chocolate syrup (½ ounce).
03 - Peppermint extract (2-3 drops).
04 - Corn syrup for rimming (1 tablespoon).
05 - Crushed peppermint candies for rimming (2 tablespoons).
06 - Whipped cream for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Pour corn syrup onto a shallow plate and place crushed peppermint candies on a separate plate. Dip the rim of the shot glass first in corn syrup, then in crushed peppermints to coat completely.
02 - Pour the half and half into the prepared shot glass. Add white chocolate syrup and peppermint extract.
03 - Stir mixture gently if needed to combine. Top with a dollop of whipped cream before serving.
