BBQ Pork Grilled Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
02 - 1 clove garlic, minced.
03 - 1 pound pulled pork.
04 - 1 cup BBQ sauce.
05 - 8 slices brioche bread.
06 - 8 slices deli American cheese.
07 - 1 cup french fried onion straws.
08 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic 30 seconds until fragrant.
02 - Add pulled pork and BBQ sauce, heat through. Remove from heat.
03 - Start with brioche slice, add cheese slice, add onion straws, add warm pulled pork, top with another cheese slice, cover with second bread slice.
04 - Spread mayo on outside of each sandwich.
05 - Heat clean skillet over medium-low heat.
06 - Grill sandwiches 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - Don't overstuff sandwiches.
02 - Mayo creates better crust than butter.
03 - Cook on medium-low for proper melting.
04 - Great use for leftover pulled pork.
05 - Can serve with fries or coleslaw.
06 - Use deli American for best melt.
