Slow Cooker Chicken Fajita Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts.
02 - 2 (10.75 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup.
03 - 1 cup salsa.
04 - 2 cups frozen corn.
05 - 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed.
06 - 1½ cups chicken broth.
07 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin.
08 - ½ teaspoon dried cilantro.
09 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
10 - Tomato, diced (for topping).
11 - Limes, quartered (for topping).
12 - Fresh cilantro, chopped (for topping).
13 - Tortilla strips (for topping).
14 - Red onion, diced (for topping).
15 - Green bell pepper, diced (for topping).

# Instructions:

01 - Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Place chicken in bottom.
02 - Combine cream of chicken soup, salsa, corn, beans, broth, cumin, and cilantro in bowl. Pour over chicken.
03 - Cook on low 4-6 hours or high 2-3 hours.
04 - Remove and shred chicken, return to pot. Add cheese and cook 15 minutes until melted.
05 - Top with tortilla strips, tomato, onion, cilantro, peppers, and lime as desired.
