Crunchy Strawberries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 24 Golden Oreos
02 - 4 tablespoons of melted butter
03 - 1 (3 oz) package of strawberry Jell-O

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on and set it to 350°F. Smash up the Golden Oreos (don’t remove the cream) until they’re crumbly using either a food processor or by sealing them in a bag and going at it with something heavy like a mallet or a rolling pin.
02 - Toss the cookie crumbs into a medium bowl, add in the Jell-O powder and the melted butter. Stir everything together until it’s blended.
03 - Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet that’s either greased or lined. Pop it in the oven and bake for 8 minutes.
04 - Take it out of the oven and leave it alone until it’s all cooled down.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to use whatever Jell-O flavor you like to mix it up.
02 - No gluten? Swap the Golden Oreos for gluten-free sandwich cookies like Glutino vanilla ones.
03 - This keeps well in a sealed container at room temp for a week or more.
04 - Tastes awesome on ice cream, yogurt, cake, or even ice cream sandwiches!
