My Secret Tips

A kitchen scale is your best friend here. I've learned that careful mixing makes such a difference. My oven thermometer is essential and don't skip blooming that cocoa powder it makes the chocolate flavor sing. Oh and always use a metal pan the heat distribution is so much better.

Keeping Them Fresh

These beauties stay perfect in an airtight container for several days. When I want them extra special I warm them slightly and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. They're also lovely with morning coffee just saying.

Make Them Your Own

Sometimes I toss in some chopped pecans or switch up the chocolate chips. During holidays I love adding fun candies on top. And that swirl of peanut butter? Game changer. The possibilities are endless.
